Porsche is completing the outside frame of its new America headquarters, which is under construction in Atlanta. The sports car giant’s $100 million headquarters will enable the company to ramp up its local workforce. Porsche plans to bring 100 jobs to Atlanta, as well as move 300 existing local employees to the facility.

Porsche’s 28-acre development is on schedule to finish construction by the end of the fourth quarter. Its Atlanta headquarters will include a display area, training center, Porsche experience center and a business center.

Porsche cited Atlanta’s skilled workforce, the proximity of the Atlanta airport and the similarity between Georgia’s and Germany’s timezones as motivating it to expand in the region.
