Voestalpine Kicks Off International Expansion Plans in Cartersville, Brings 220 Jobs

As part of a comprehensive global expansion strategy, Voestalpine’s metal forming division is building a new automotive body parts plant northwest of Atlanta in Cartersville.

The company will invest $62 million in the new facility and will create 220 new jobs.  Voestalpine provides, among other things, pressed auto parts and structural components to the automotive industry.
